Dearest All

Haha.. i know this is super mountain tortoise, but this is my first time blogging! *Whoohoo!! Give it Up for Coach Kev! *

Hey Guys Just Got Back from Leaders meeting!

Really really excited to share with you something fresh from the word of God! Anyway Pastor Dan was sharing from ACTS 16:24-34

What happen was Paul & Silas were thrown into the Inner Dungeons in the middle of the night. To make things worse, their feet were bound together. So the both of them were in utter darkness & also utterly immobile.

This is a picture of a Christian believer stuck, lost & paralysed by their circumstances. Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in an impossible situation, and we see nothing but darkness & despair.

But guys i got good news for you! The story doesn't end there... Acts 16:25 shows Paul and Silas praying and worshiping God! To cut the long story short, not only did GOD deliver them, but they even got the Prison Warden & his family born again! =O)

The bible in Psalms 37:4 says "Delight yourself in the Lord. And He will give you the desires of your heart."

The Hebrew word for "Delight Yourself" is *‛ânag* and it simply means to be soft, be delicate, be dainty. But not in Jack Sparrow Gay kind of way. But simply to be tender hearted to God's heart of Love for you!

Delighting yourself in the Lord is simply allowing Christ to go before you & fighting your battles on your behalf, while you guard your heart with the Word of Grace.

Like Jehoshaphat in 2 Chro 20:21. When he was about to be ambushed, King Jehoshaphat did nothing but Praised & Worshiped God! In the end his enemies killed 1 another and Jehoshaphat's army spent 3 whole days picking up the rewards. (imagine the amount of Gold & Jewels? A brand NEW ROLEX Sun Dial? brand NEW BMW chariot? brand NEW GUCCI helmet)

When he worshipped, God turned his Valley of defeat into A Valley of blessings! Whoohoo!!

So guys what are your challenges today? Is its your Maths? Chinese? Science? Trouble with your friends? Trouble at Home? Trouble with your CCA??

Come Pple delight yourselves in the Lord and see Him fight for you!

Just remember to collect the rewards after that..
